Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS in related field
- Minimum of 8 years briefing and/or event management experience
Responsibilities
- Facilitate customer sales strategy sessions
- Develop run of show of show, reviews/approves creative briefs developed by Content Producer
- Partners with the briefing event planner to confirm hospitality logistics for each engagement
- Facilitates sales engagement events, including welcome, presentations, and monitoring conversations
- Supports development of promotional strategy
- Collaborates with the Briefing Director to track and socialize results from client briefings
Preferred Qualifications
- Superior executive-level presentation skills preferred
- Strong attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency, prioritization, and tenacity
- Experience balancing multiple high-priority projects
- Must have experience successfully navigating complex organizations and effectively coordinating work among a broad range of colleagues, consultants, and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to lead people over whom you have little or no authority
- Candidate should maintain a professional and polished appearance appropriate for representing our company and program
- A collaborative approach – must be a great partner to your cross-functional teammates
- A growth mindset – being curious and receptive to feedback and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred
