Requirements
- Solid understanding of the manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- High school education
- Previous manufacturing experience (ideally 3-5 years)
- Knowledge of papermaking machinery (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Preparation, application, and repair of paper machine roll covers
- Setup and machine calibration
- Recovering of customers’ machine rolls
- Oven operation
- Handling solvents for cleaning and maintaining machinery
- Transferring waste from dispenser to containers for proper disposal
