Principal Product Operations Manager

8-10+ years of experience in Product Operations or a related field within a B2B SaaS company (preferred)
Proven ability to drive change management in fast-paced product organizations, influencing senior stakeholders to adopt new processes
Strong project and initiative management skills—able to prioritize, sequence, and drive execution across multiple teams
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management—you know how to build alignment across product, engineering, sales, and customer success
Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making and measure operational improvements
Passion for operational excellence—you thrive in improving processes, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring smooth execution

Lead and own high-impact projects that improve collaboration across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing
Establish frameworks to ensure initiatives reach a successful and steady-state before new ones are launched, preventing initiative overload
Drive adoption of key operational processes within the product organization, ensuring PMs and cross-functional teams effectively implement and sustain changes
Identify and remove bottlenecks in product development and go-to-market processes, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives
Establish and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency, initiative success, and process adoption. Use insights to drive continuous improvements
Partner closely with product leadership, driving alignment on priorities and ensuring the right balance between strategic initiatives and execution capacity

Experience in go-to-market (GTM) intelligence software or a strong understanding of SaaS product operations is a plus
