Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in private equity fundraising, investor communications, or financial services
- Experience in institutional sales, investment banking, or asset management
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective presentation abilities
- Exposure to Sustainability metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with Sustainability-related reporting standards, requirements, and frameworks, including SASB, TCFD, and PRI
- Passion for understanding how Sustainability considerations drive value
Responsibilities
- Assisting in managing investor relations for existing funds
- Working on marketing material creation, updates and distribution
- Responding to investor due diligence requests, with a focus on Sustainability-related questions
- Conducting research on industry trends, with a focus on Sustainability topics such as climate risk and labor standards
- Creating Sustainability reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring material portfolio company exposures with a lens on Sustainability metrics
- Maintaining records on Sustainability related marketing claims and KPIs
- Collecting and analyzing Sustainability data, including performing Sustainability diligence on Strategic Partners investments
- Organizing and executing co-investment syndication activities
- Organizing meeting prep (including background research, prospect sensitivities, program intelligence)
- Helping to design new business proposals to meet business and investor objectives
- Conducting research around business development trends or themes by geography and/or client type
- Providing project support to Strategic Partners’ investment and client teams
