Requirements
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment like a tech startup
- You must be willing to work 5 days a week in our office in Soho (NYC)
Responsibilities
- Manage the founders’ calendar and schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments, both remote and in-person.
- Support the founders’ communications via email and social media
- Support company operations related to HR, payroll, accounting, vendor management, and various administrative and office management tasks for our New York office, in collaboration with our Head of Ops
- Organize regular company events and offsites to keep our distributed team synced and build a strong internal culture. You’ll help coordinate travel, accommodations, activities, and meals, as well as ensure smooth execution
- Support the founders with anything that can free up their time
