Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Interior Design or Engineering (BS/BA) desired
- 10+ years of related experience
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Advanced technical knowledge in construction methodologies, materials science, and engineering principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive emergency response readiness and adherence to safety standards
- Ability to solve complex problems and optimize resources
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering principles and construction methodologies
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections to achieve superior workmanship and compliance with technical standards
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Maintain 24/7 readiness to respond to emergency situations, ensuring telecommunication network reliability
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety and minimizing workplace incidents
- Perform additional responsibilities to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, including problem-solving, regulatory compliance, and resource optimization
