Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or investment banking experience at a high-growth tech company
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with proven success partnering and collaborating across a wide spectrum of stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth and evolving environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Ability to build robust financial models used by teams throughout the company to size opportunities and build business cases for pursuing new initiatives
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill complex analyses into structured outputs and present to all levels of management
- Track record of leading, growing, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on hands-on development and coaching
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Finance business partner to key decision makers for Customer Success and Care, and partner with them in weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual strategic and financial planning discussions.
- Analyze business results, forecast to actual variances and trends, and communicate important takeaways and actionable insights, including identifying risks and opportunities
- Design, implement and track important metrics to measure performance against strategic goals, identify emerging trends and provide insights about the drivers of performance
- Collaborate across Care Operations, Customer Analytics, Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Business Intelligence to identify and understand complex relationships between key drivers of our business
- Act as a strategic partner, providing financial expertise and guidance on how to evaluate multiple investment opportunities to drive return on investment
- Complete ad-hoc business projects and financial modeling analysis that drive decision-making
- Frame and break down complex problems into key components, analyze large datasets to drive actionable insights
- Grow and develop a team of high performing financial professionals
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/MS Finance
- Public company Strategic Finance experience
- Proficient in SQL and ROI Analysis
- Working knowledge of Adaptive
- Operations or Customer Service labor requirements planning
