Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, International Business, or related field
- 4 years of experience as a Banker, Corporate Banking Associate, Senior Analyst, or related position involving conducting financial and risk analysis for a global financial services institution
- 4 years of experience must include: Leveraging corporate banking products including cash management, loans, debt capital markets, share repurchase, foreign exchange, derivatives and working capital solutions; Providing financing solutions; Conducting credit risk analysis, including analyzing risk policies and procedures for the extension of credit; Evaluating research reports, business plans and financial forecasts to produce strategic advisory to clients; Negotiating credit documents including ISDA’s, Credit Agreements and Parent Guarantees; Cross-selling products and services by identifying customer needs to generate revenue; Advising LATAM clients across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Brazil, and Argentina; and Advising clients based in different regions across the world including Europe and Asia.

Responsibilities
- Conduct financial and risk analytics on credit policies and credit analysis criteria to prepare credit approvals, obtain Capital and Risk approvals, and supervise transaction return calculations.
- Evaluate financial forecasts, public filings, research reports, operations, and business plans to produce strategic and financial analyses.
- Prepare client meeting presentations and pitch books.
- Support business development and product offerings such as Cash Management, Trade Working Capital and Trade Services, Lending, Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Finance and Hedging solutions in the foreign exchange (FX) and commodities spectrum.
- Apply understanding of credit, transactional and franchise risks in coordination with senior coverage officers to facilitate deal execution and risk mitigation processes.
- Ensure that portfolio clients remain fully compliant with organizational requirements.
- Coordinate with product and operations teams to execute financial transactions, and Account Management and Account Services teams to ensure coverage of client’s needs.
- Oversee LATAM Multinational clients within the North America Global Subsidiaries Group.
- Support the delivery of global product platforms and develop integrated financing strategies.
- Serve as point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate optimal service delivery.
- Provide direction on the identification of cross-selling opportunities and credit and investment constraints for the LATAM & North American market.
- Oversee client initiatives related to their investment strategies.
- Liaise with multinational clients with investments in NAM to maximize opportunities for LATAM based clients, as well as clients based in different regions across the world.
- Work alongside Product teams to pitch and cross-sell a full spectrum of treasury and corporate finance solutions and products, such as day-to-day cash management, trade, foreign exchange, loans, debt capital markets financing, share repurchase, interest rate and equity derivatives.
