Responsibilities
- Engage collaboratively with Finance business partners, lead functional configuration/design analysis with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Financials, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for Workday system optimization, process improvement, and automation to enhance overall efficiency.
- Design, develop, and deliver functional Workday solutions relating to Workday Financials.
- Troubleshoot system issues in a complex financial environment.
- Cross-train with team members to ensure knowledge transfers.
- Develop ad-hoc self-service reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Manage the JIRA board and the Finance backlog grooming as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Financial Services or equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred
- 2-4 years Information Technology with financial systems Preferred
- Less than 2 years Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle Methodology Preferred
