Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing or related field
  • 2+ years of marketing, finance or consulting experience
  • Proficient in the manipulation and analysis of data
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience and the ability to prepare and present marketing presentations
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL/Snowflake, and BI Tools
  • Excellent organization skills: ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing strategies for the brand across all menu categories, service modes and geographies by utilizing analytical tools.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize store level pricing that drives topline Sales and Profits.
  • Continuously analyze & assess impact of pricing to identify opportunities across all key metrics: topline (sales and traffic) and profit results across our restaurant base.
  • Analyze competitor data including guest segmentation, product mix, daypart, geographic and service mode insights.
  • Assess promotional activity, including topline, product mix, guest segmentation and geographic results using internal and third-party software.
  • Identify root causes of performance for key initiatives and execute ad-hoc pricing and test vs control analyses (i.e., market tests).
  • Develop and maintain price management strategies that promote long-term brand growth.
  • Create and manage pricing reports in Tableau and develop the underlying SQL/Snowflake syntax.
  • Recommend best practices and pricing process automation for any upcoming systems.
  • Present weekly marketing pricing reports to senior leadership.
  • Support our field team with local analyses, including supporting local DMA marketing meetings.
