Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years experience working on mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial environment
- Must live within 45 minutes of customer
- Position requires flexibility in schedule including after hours calls from the customer that require after hours service visits.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including data entry and contribute to service report preparation
- Interface with the customer to understand any issues with chemicals or equipment
- Manage product inventory at the customer including deliveries to process units and offloading to customer tanks
- Adjust chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring
- Deliver chemical and compile trial data at the customer site
- Alert the site manager or support engineer of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begin to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts
- Spec out, set up, maintain and troubleshoot monitoring and feed equipment
- Work with the site team and customers to ensure optimal program performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chemical handling experience desired, but not required.
