Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business analytics, business technology or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience required
- 2+ years of Workday Reporting / ERP, Configuration, or related disciplines preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel)
- Communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains financial reports (inclusive of composite reports) within the Workday ERP system to support business objectives and decision-making
- Designs and implements efficient reporting solutions, including dashboards and ad-hoc reports
- Provides ongoing support for Workday Financial Reporting & finance-related modules, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements
- Develops and maintains subject matter expertise in Workday Financial Reporting and Workday Financials
- Partners with the business to understand business needs, gather/document business requirements, assess Workday feasibility and impact to other Workday configuration
- Develop Workday and business functional expertise, including engaging in Workday’s ecosystem’s information sharing platforms e.g., Community, networking sessions, Pro Certifications, etc.
- Supports Workday Prism configuration and testing
- Builds and maintains relationships throughout the business and Information Technology departments
- Develop appropriate testing and change control documentation
- Project Management for cross functional Workday initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned.
