Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a creative agency.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, integrated marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Experience working with common project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional projects on time and within scope, ensuring all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Motivate and direct cross-functional teams to produce outstanding work, fostering a collaborative ‘One Team’ approach.
  • Establish and manage project communication and processes, leveraging existing tools to monitor progress and mitigate risks.
  • Be responsible for project estimation, planning, and profitability, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
