Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, or related business field preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to effectively summarize findings, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to perform accurately under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between trading, middle office, onboarding teams.
  • Provide regular daily and ad-hoc support to the trading solutions group.
  • Timely verification of existing trade details – pre (on request) and post trade.
  • Ensuring proper set up of new relationships on trading platforms.
  • Respond to numerous ad hoc requests from internal and external clients for additional information.
  • Communicate effectively with dealer middle office re: traded positions, resolve any issues.
  • Assist with obtaining trade details, porting trades between FCMs as necessary.
  • Review trade entry and investigate differences, notify IM of findings.
  • Investigate pre trade restriction fails, and notify IM of findings.
  • Improved procedures implemented, and system changes recommended as appropriate.
  • All system change requests, enhancements required, documented, discussed with manager and logged with the IT.
  • System projects and testing undertaken in accordance with agreed project timescales.
  • Recommendations made to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all systems, processes and procedures, documented and reported to trading desk.
  • Fulfil additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements.
