Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retirement industry technology
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with web and services based applications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with distributed systems and technologies
  • Minimum 3 years of experience performing production support responsibilities
  • Prior experience supporting the Financial Services Industry or related fields
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for retirement industry applications based on web and services technologies
  • Individual contributor role to diagnose, triage and aid in troubleshooting for web-based retirement plan sponsor administrative tools and their interactions with an external user community and the respective backend retirement systems
  • Work with other production support individuals in peer organizations to manage and respond to issues in infrastructure, connectivity, identity management, content and data intake and/or delivery
  • Resolve user performance or usage complaints for functions in digital tools and interfaces for critical external client and internal business uses

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have retirement industry experience including remittance, contributions and other services like eligibility, vesting, hardship, etc.
  • You have experience working with business operations and client-facing applications
  • You have experience with solutions for retirement plan sponsors
