Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation
- Experience providing exec-level reporting in demand gen outcomes
- Experience managing people or external teams (contractors, agencies, or direct reports)
- Strong track record of designing and executing high-performing campaigns
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution and funnel metrics
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and reporting
Responsibilities
- Lead campaign reporting and attribution; ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives
- Own marketing’s contribution to pipeline — build and deliver reporting for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Mentor and guide direct reports and/or external contributors
- Own the implementation and optimization of HubSpot as our core marketing automation platform
- Develop lead scoring, nurture workflows, and attribution models to accelerate pipeline
- Build seamless marketing-to-sales handoff processes
- Design dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign KPIs and ROI
- Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms
- Drive MQL and SQL growth and measure performance against pipeline and revenue goals
- Partner with Product Marketing on launches and strategic initiatives
- Support targeted growth strategies for key segments and verticals
- Partner with Events to maximize event performance and campaign impact
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and content creators
- Set KPIs and performance expectations for partners
- Own campaign analytics, including ROI and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and iterative optimization
- Generate strategic insights to guide future campaigns and budget allocation
- Deliver executive-level reporting on marketing performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
