Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 years’ experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Leads discussions with varying viewpoints presents to and influences diverse audiences across divisions using appropriate frameworks/tools
• Selects appropriate investigative or analytical methods to assess a market research project
• Builds maintains and enhances effective internal and external partnerships
• Gathers summarizes and prioritizes ideas for new products or new versions of existing products
• Compares and contrasts alternative strategies to accelerating product sales
• Coaches others on building key relationships and dependencies with other business functions
• Sets standards for business data analysis tools and techniques
• Leads discussions on customer types effective proposals and presentations
• Recovers from service failures in a way designed to enhance customer satisfaction
• Assesses client proficiency and retention and modifies programs as needed
• Creates a system to organize and maintain different product lines
• Demonstrates and encourages respect for all
• Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance
• Delivers expected business results while putting the customer/member first
• Consistently raises the bar and seeks to improve
