Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related program
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a financial or commercial analyst role
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems; familiarity with Monday.com is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Obtain, track, analyze and report on key logistics and well-site operating efficiency metrics and additional key performance and financial indicators.
- Develop and generate weekly and monthly tracking reports to support management of Pronghorn business and senior management decisions
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to compile and present quarterly reviews with key clients as well as provide ad hoc data analysis when requested
- Maintain company financial models and assist the Finance and Accounting team in matching forecasted financial performance with actuals.
- Maintain and further develop Pronghorn’s unique logistics performance analytics modules in-order to drive more valuable insights during client reviews.
- Identify improvement opportunities and optimization strategies as a result of data analysis and market intelligence
- Develop and maintain relationships with Pronghorn clients to ensure the free flow of accurate information between client field and corporate offices
- Cost savings analysis on an ad hoc basis
- Special projects or initiatives as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous background and experience with logistics in oilfield service companies is highly desirable
- Oil and gas and/or Logistics experience is preferred but not required
