Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
- Must be fluent in SQL, preferable experience in R and Python
- Must be an advanced user of Power BI
- Strong Excel skills are a must
- Exceptional communication and soft skills are required
Responsibilities
- Develops strong working relationships with division leadership, functional business leaders, and domain authorities
- Is a strong partner and trusted advisor to the business (internal consultant)
- Delivers business recommendations based on analytics using strong written and verbal communication
- Finds opportunities to use analytics and reporting toolsets to influence decision-making and achieve business objectives
- Acts as a driving force to automate the measurement of internal turn-around times and compare to benchmarks and baselines
- Manages process improvement initiatives within agreed-upon time frames
- Works across functional silos to deliver improvements and conduct regular process reviews
- Develops and maintains recurring performance and compensation reporting for the sales team that spans all levels of the organization from branch management to senior leadership
- Works with collaborators to operationalize the reporting to impact the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree is a plus
- Knowledge of Snowflake, Salesforce, and or SAP Fieldglass data is a plus
