Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced inventory management responsibilities using Power BI and other data monitoring tools to support day-to-day operations
  • Provide inventory support for assigned regions, which may include alignment with specific business segments and vendor groups
  • Execute complex and non-routine tasks while offering technical guidance to the sales team by leveraging expertise in inventory management solutions
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Category Management, Supply Chain, and Blended Business Partners
  • Implement and maintain effective Inventory Support and Inventory Control practices to ensure responsible, strategic, and efficient inventory management across the network FFS is responsible for managing
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Power BI, Excel, and other platforms to communicate and solution for our customer group
  • Demonstrate proactive communication, including timely updates and follow-through, while maintaining strong organization and prioritization of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Engage actively during hybrid team meetings, contributing to discussions and maintaining a professional presence with camera on where appropriate
  • Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures and requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
  • Additional tasks and special projects as assigned
