Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
- Basic messages communicated orally
- Ability to write brief messages and keep simple records
- Ability to explain and offer guidance on routine procedures
- Ability to prioritize assigned and routine tasks
Responsibilities
- Inputs data into a tracking database or system
- Retrieves documents or responds to requests for information from internal or external customers by phone or e-mail
- May assist with general office tasks such as copying, mailing, and ordering supplies
- Performs various routine and defined clerical tasks in an office environment
