Requirements
- 7+ years in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM
- Full-stack technical qualifications (CRM, Data Architecture, AI/ML)
- Experience managing technical relationships with C-Level executives
- Ability to drive effective conversations at the C-level
- Proven success as a trusted advisor
- Experience driving customer success in large, complex selling organizations
- Deep understanding of industry-specific use cases, data architectures, and integration patterns
- Persuasive verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Staying up-to-date with emerging marketing, data-related, and AI technologies
- A self-starting attitude with the ability to handle tasks independently
- Commitment to data ethics and privacy
- Hands-on experience building 0-1 products at startups or large companies
- Excellent workshopping and whiteboarding skills
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding and knowledge of customer’s Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce implementation
- Engage with strategic customers to understand their goals, assess their capabilities, and provide recommendations
- Drive scalable consumption, ACV growth, and customer success
- Guide impactful discovery conversations to unveil nuanced client needs
- Guide a customer on org strategy, governance, and change management
- Demonstrate hands-on Data Cloud & Agentforce product knowledge
- Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals
- Produce and implement a comprehensive adoption path
- Deliver value and innovation to a customer’s business
- Build and cultivate executive-level relationships with the customer’s IT and business executive leadership
- Effectively network within accounts from the Executive-Level down
- Recommend additional Salesforce services and advisory experts when appropriate
- Proactively communicate technical product changes and updates
- Collaborate with Salesforce product teams to understand solutions and roadmap
- Collaborate with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and growth
