Requirements
- 5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, product, or growth at a high-growth SaaS, platform, or marketplace company.
- High agency & bias for action: You thrive in ambiguity and are able to juggle multiple work streams. You have a track record of delivering impactful and growth driving partnerships.
- Executional excellence: You have demonstrated end-to-end deal execution experience including negotiation and cross-functional launch management.
- Analytical fluency: You are comfortable turning data into insights that help inform our tactical and strategic approach.
- Exceptional communication skills: You can tell a clear and compelling story in decks, docs and in person.
Responsibilities
- Accelerate growth partnerships: Source, evaluate, and close distribution or bundling deals that expand Notion’s top-of-funnel.
- Scale the Notion platform: Work with Notion and partner engineering teams to scope and launch strategic integrations, and coordinate co-marketing that spotlights partner stories and advances Notion’s positioning as a connected workspace.
- Own end-to-end execution: Project-manage deals with partners across engineering, product, marketing, legal and finance from negotiation through launch and post-launch performance reviews.
- Shape partner strategy: Identify, analyze and prioritize new partnership opportunities and keep people aligned on roadmap and go-to-market plans.

- You are at home discussing APIs, integrations, and developer ecosystems
- You’ve had exposure to partnerships across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC)
