Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to independently make critical decisions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve with attention to detail and accuracy
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance the donor experience
- Assist in the planning of, and as assigned, on-site coordination of logistical details
- Coordinate with team members for reviews and approvals of stewardship initiatives
- Develop, implement and maintain communication plans for office colleagues and external vendors
- Facilitate logistics of event production and program meetings
- Provide coordination of assigned event elements and general office support
- Provide day-to-day logistical planning and coordination of general production duties for university events
- To perform other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous UT experience
- 5 years of student centric event experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- Event management experience supporting multiple large events
