Requirements
- Bachelor of science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) discipline with 14 years of relevant experience; OR Master of science Degree in STEM with 12 years of relevant experience
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Top Secret clearance (DoD must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
- Experience in systems engineering with MBSE, software design, or demonstrated ability to work with software-aided design tools in the development of system architecture.
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Experience in system design, integration, or test of aircraft systems with an emphasis in Cyber Survivability and System Security.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight with respect to Anti-Tamper (AT), Risk Management Framework (RMF), and System Theoretic Process Analysis (STPA).
- Regularly coordinate across multiple IPTs and disciplines to ensure program success over the full length of its execution, to include verification and certification.
- Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.
- Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Cameo Enterprise Architecture and the Systems Modeling Language (SysML)
- Experience with Agile workflows
- Knowledge of configuration management of model-based architecture baselines
- Demonstrated communication and technical writing skills.
- Proven ability to brief technical presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
