Requirements
- 7+ years in roles related to client implementations including data processing, extraction, or transformation within a SaaS company.
- Proven ability to manage and technically develop a remotely distributed team concentrated on data and implementation related tasks.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing, junior teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of associates by providing actionable feedback to support their career growth and development.
- Strategically manage incoming projects and team capacity to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools and technology to enhance visibility into project progress and team workflow.
- Collaborate with legal intelligence and enablement teams to maintain high standards of consistency and accuracy in implementation outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered data abstraction or document analysis technologies is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with the legal technology or financial technology sectors is a significant plus.
- Ideally skilled in using Jira, Salesforce, and Zendesk.
