Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in Healthcare and Value-based care preferred
- Experience in Medicare Advantage, directly or in a consulting capacity, a plus
- Comfort leading large-scale business strategy projects and leaning into ambiguity
- Skilled developer of presentations; excellent at analytical interpretation and driving to the “so what”; proficient in excel
- Expert communicator / influencer who can elevate to executive settings
- Relationship-builder who can navigate a highly complex, matrixed organization
- Driven with ability to work in a very fast-paced, hard-working, and fun environment

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leaders across DaVita IKC to develop strategic perspective on growth priorities across product lines
- Mature our decision framework and analytical approach for identifying which new markets to enter with C-SNP and which existing markets to exit, in partnership with our actuarial team.
- Develop processes and codify perspectives to ensure operational success is properly factored into C-SNP contract negotiations, quality metric construction, and deal modeling
- Orchestrate the launch / exit of C-SNP markets and products. This is a highly complex and cross-functional effort that demands active leadership and rigorous organization to drive success.
- Provide strategic project management in ensuring all C-SNP lanes are working in lockstep and delivering on goals. Primarily achieved through oversight of several key leadership forums.
- Lead special projects related to opportunities for future MA & C-SNP growth, including assessing new segments, product innovations, and enrollment/retention effort innovations.
- Develop and retain strong talent, building individuals who are analytical and process-minded but also understand the operational, clinical, and financial aspects of IKC
- Facilitate communication at scale; prepare impactful presentations for a multitude of audiences, including executive leadership
- This role may also support the Program Management Vice President in team-related special projects, such as tracking on goals, establishing effective management processes, and guiding agendas for team meetings.
