Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer, and/or proven track record working as a PM on a highly technical product
- Excitement or experience working on identity and security
- Prior experience at an early/mid stage B2B startup
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Exceptional written and verbal communication of technical concepts for a range of audiences
- Strong root-cause and systems thinking
Responsibilities
- Owning Stytch’s core product offering: our APIs and SDKs
- Identifying opportunities to deepen the value Stytch provides to our customers through our auth product suite
- Improving the developer ergonomics of interacting with our SDKs
- Finding opportunities to strengthen our security posture
- Improving the end user experience that we are powering
- Advocating for projects and solutions that help customers and drive Stytch’s business forward
- Providing mentorship and guidance to teammates
