Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in an analytical role (e.g. bizops, consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL
  • Ability to think analytically and craft strategic narratives
  • Customer-obsessed mindset

Responsibilities

  • Management of new pilot programs and customer launches
  • Help scale existing customer revenue
  • Identify opportunities to grow footprint and develop ROI business cases
  • Scope, conduct, and analyze studies to provide insights into the impact of Shiftsmart
  • Help grow Shiftsmart across new and existing verticals
