Requirements
- Over 7+ years’ experience and min 1+ Implementation and support experience of Salesforce Order Management System and related O2C business around Salesforce commerce cloud
- Expertise in Developing/customizing Salesforce components (in Salesforce Order Management)
- Expertise in developing custom reports in Salesforce Order Management
- Very good communication / collaboration and requirements gathering skills
- Good working knowledge in B2C Order Management process
- Excellent Communication skills, ability to work in Onsite/offshore model
Responsibilities
- Develop/customize SOM components arising from new requirements/SIT findings
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with salesforce DevOps tools – (Experience in Copado would be highly desirable)
