Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Recruiting Coordinators to ensure consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring team experiences.
- Partner with TA leadership to identify friction points in the candidate journey and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Establish and uphold operational standards for coordination, scheduling, interviewer enablement, and communication.
- Collaborate with People Ops, Legal, Compensation, and HRBPs to align on cross-functional processes that directly impact recruiting efficiency and compliance.
- Develop playbooks and training programs that elevate interview consistency and quality.
- Own tooling and systems optimization — continuously evaluate and improve how we leverage Greenhouse, Guide, Workday, etc. to drive efficiency and accuracy in scheduling and across the candidate lifecycle.
- Track and report on team performance and SLAs, holding the team accountable to metrics and KPIs.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and career development for Recruiting Coordinators with a focus on growing early-career talent.
- Act as a player-coach: willing to step in and support when needed while building long-term solutions.
