Requirements
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on ambulatory or ASC settings.
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational initiatives and manage administrative workflows in a complex healthcare environment.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with experience collaborating across clinical and administrative teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of ambulatory clinics and the ASC, ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline administrative and operational tasks.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to execute strategic initiatives tied to practice growth, service line expansion, and long-term organizational goals.
- Analyze and manage resource allocation to meet current and future patient volume demands.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including clinic volumes, patient access metrics, and capacity utilization.
- Act as a liaison between nursing leadership, administrative teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
- Supervise and mentor support staff involved in operational and administrative tasks, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in capacity management, strategic planning, and process improvement.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in ambulatory and surgical environments.
- Proficiency in operational tools and data analysis platforms (e.g., scheduling software, referral management systems).
