Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education, skills & experience.
- Minimum 3 year’s of relevant experience with focus on software / server systems.
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a Linux environment (Red Hat or Centos, Ubuntu)
- Minimum 3 year’s experience owning a technical workstream or with project management.
- Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge of Docker, Hadoop, Kubernetes, or Splunk.
- Minimum 6 months experience understanding factory automation (XML, HTTP, EDI, SECS, GEM)
Responsibilities
- Represents ASML at the customer’s site in a professional way
- Performs qualification of software functionality & maintain computing system of VCP/LCP
- Provides technical support on integration of systems, in order to minimize impact on production output
- Interfaces with internal and external customers on technical issues and improvement proposals
- Documents and transfers knowledge on existing and newly introduced products
- Operate as the escalation owner for all complex issues on VCP/LCP
- Prepares written technical reports such as escalations updates and installation progress to internal and external
- Perform administrative and coordination duties, including procedure changes, pass-downs, work orders, field service and monthly reports
