Head of AI Programs

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
10+ years of experience in program management and leadership, including experience managing large-scale projects across multiple business functions.
Proven track record of driving the successful implementation of initiatives within an organization.
Experience with technologies such as LLM, ML, RAG and fine tuning.
Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and working to align initiatives with business goals.
Prior experience in managing or developing roadmaps and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Define a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with Lyra’s business objectives and long-term vision.
Identify new and emerging opportunities that can drive competitive advantage and improve business processes, customer experiences, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain a strategic AI roadmap in close partnership with Data, Product, IT and Ops teams to ensure alignment with key business goals, and track progress against milestones.
Oversee the management and execution of programs across multiple departments, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Work closely with teams across Lyra to ensure projects are well-integrated and deliver tangible business results.
Define and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of all initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
Utilize data and analytics to assess program performance, refine strategies, and optimize the execution of projects.
