Responsibilities
- Owning the marketplace targets for launch deals to ensure high-quality fulfillment for our customers
- Execute a combination of scaled tactics such as onboarding campaigns, marketplace analytics, and bonuses/ incentives, as well as hands-on tactics such as assisted partner conversion and targeted bonuses to deliver 100% fill rate on newly launched deals
- Use tools like Google Sheets, SQL, and additional resources to gather and analyze data to develop insights and inform decisions
- Monitor and triage in-shift issues, taking action where possible and escalating when required.
