Requirements
- Experience of 7+ years of Solutions Selling, EWA Partnerships, HCM Industry, and/or Enterprise Sales with MEDDIC
- Utilized partners as a referral source to help generate leads, closes, and lasting relationships
- Effective negotiating with agreements and bi-lateral concessions
- Significant experience working with Partner or Enterprise customers and navigating vast organizations with multiple stakeholders in multiple departments
- Strong communication skills, a curious mindset, and attention to detail
- Strong project management and ability to coordinate across teams to execute
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Handle large volume of email, chat, and phone conversations
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture client health
- Significant Travel (20%+)
Responsibilities
- Project manage and lead relationship between Rain Instant Pay and the Partners in your portfolio by establishing a trusted advisor relationship across the Partner’s organization, from Executive Sponsors to day-to-day contacts
- Sell through Partner organizations in coordination with Partner
- Work with marketing to develop promotions & campaigns specific to the Partner
- Be the face of Rain for the Partner customer
- Be the face of Rain at Partner events and conferences
- Work cross functionally with internal teams, including sales, customer success, product, engineering, marketing, and support, to ensure that Partner expectations are met and exceeded
- Work with Rain’s sales team to ensure proper dissemination of partnership knowledge
- Represent the voice of the channel Partner with leadership teams by engaging in product discussions, translating customer usage and feedback into actionable insights, and feature ideas
- Support the build and demonstration of client success stories to be evangelized among business prospects and industry experts
- Execute the Channel Sales playbooks to successfully run generate new business
