Requirements
- 8+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, including Management or leadership experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to the head of Sustainability
- Develop the enterprise sustainability strategy and related strategic initiatives (i.e. benchmarking, stock materials, talking points and narrative)
- Manage high priority projects that impact groups inside and outside the immediate team
- Prepare high quality materials to support executive and board meetings, as well as training materials
- Oversee major internal sustainability forums and committee engagements
- Manage ESG-related impact reporting and develop content to support the integration of sustainability
- Lead the bank’s peers benchmarking and trend monitoring for stakeholders and ESG raters/rankers
- Ensure risk and control processes are well managed, including oversight of all RCSA efforts and serve as the RAU owner
- Oversee day to day operational activities, including budgets, third party/vendor contracts and business continuity planning
- Lead and coach a small team of geographically dispersed professionals

- Experience leading sustainability-related projects and driving change management initiatives
- Experience leading change in an organization’s culture and strategy
- Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting
- Experience supporting sustainable, clean energy, and climate finance initiatives
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers
- Experience designing processes focused on managing and mitigating operational risk
- Experience leading, high-performing geographically dispersed teams
