Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of professional product management or product design experience
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and at startups is preferred
  • Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch or AdobeXD and knowledge of user experience principles, with a focus on creating intuitive and efficient products for users
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams like engineering, marketing, or operations
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; your words and ideas resonate with a diverse set of audiences, and you have the ability to distill complex technical details into actionable business insights

Responsibilities

  • Own the product development process. From concept to launch, you’ll build product features through their entire creative cycle and release products that transform patient care. You’ll blend user insights, analytics, and company goals to define and execute on product strategy that has a lasting impact.
  • Reinvent new product standards. You will oversee product launches and monitor performance to measure the success and impact of releases, and iterate on features to create a world class experience that meets our team’s objectives.
  • Influence across teams. You will build partnerships and work closely with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to ensure our product roadmap aligns with company objectives and act as a liaison to ensure seamless product adoption.
  • Champion the voice of the user. You will lead user research studies to understand the needs and experiences of our families to create impactful experiences and transform patient care delivery.
