Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years-experience in HR
  • Knowledge of Workday, MS Outlook, and Power BI
  • Strong Power Point and MS Excel skills, including advanced reporting and analytics

Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day support to the NAM Demand Team and I&D Team Including different HR forums and team activities
  • Accountable for critical metric and performance tracking and analysis
  • Act as a central point of contact and liaison across the Demand HR team for key projects and annual HR processes (Talent Reviews, Annual Reward Cycles, P4Gs, Learning & Development, Rewards, Values Survey, etc.) and across HR teams
  • Acting as a thought partner with HRBPs and I&D team, including the analysis and insight generation from both internal and external data
  • Engaging individual business partners and other HR teams to assemble standard methodology strategies and tactics internally/externally that can be used across the team
  • Lead and coordinate the quarterly NAM in persons onboarding event and support the coordination of other Leadership program events
  • Understanding and applying Diageo NAM HR policies, programs and processes
  • Ensuring coordination across the HRBP teams of communications, reporting, data analysis, and accountability for maintaining a strict level of confidentiality
  • Handle HR Celebrates recognition program
  • Lead and/or assist with standard methodology and standardization and streamline practices, tools, resources, communications
  • Build and develop relationships with HR peers and cross-functionally throughout the business to exchange feedback on issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs, and/or achieve business results
  • Work closely with HRBPs on annual planning, Learning & Development, talent, and diversity strategies, and other projects to achieve people strategy
  • Local contact and coordinator for L&D content deployment
  • IMPACT or other Leadership Programme roll out coordination/administration

  • Use judgment and business context to balance challenging priorities
  • Market Lead for Your Voice Survey – planning, preparation, communication, participation tracking, action plan coordination
  • Lead I&D corporate survey completions and submissions (Seramount, Disability In, HRC, Dave Thomas Adoption)
  • Co facilitate HR Clinics (P4G, ARC, Talent Reviews)
  • Support ER investigations
