Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in management consulting, high-growth startups, or a combination of both
  • Deeply analytical and data-driven, with expertise in using data to identify opportunities, measure impact, and optimize performance
  • A structured problem solver, able to break down complex challenges and design strategic, actionable solutions
  • Proven ability to drive results outside of direct span of control, influencing teams across multiple functions
  • Experience in CRO, growth strategy, funnel optimization, LTV improvements
  • Comfortable working in highly cross-functional, fast-moving environments, where priorities shift rapidly
  • A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can balance strategic thinking with execution

Responsibilities

  • Drive Conversion & Yield Optimization: Analyze data and process flows to identify and execute on strategies to improve conversion rates across our D2C, psychiatry and B2B businesses. This will include product levers, as well as people and process changes.
  • Build the Playbook for State-Level Growth: Develop a scalable framework for optimizing SonderMind’s state-by-state expansion strategy, driving penetration in new and existing markets
  • Identify & Unlock New Growth Levers: Analyze data to uncover opportunities across client acquisition, provider supply, operational efficiency to maximize impact
  • Contribute to New Revenue Initiatives: Support SonderMind’s expansion into new revenue streams, working on emerging opportunities in motion
  • Influence Without Authority: Lead through influence, rallying teams around growth priorities and ensuring execution on key initiatives
  • Test, Iterate, Scale: Run experiments, measure impact, and operationalize successful strategies to drive sustainable, scalable growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience is strongly preferred; health tech and experience scaling businesses through high-growth phases is a plus
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, and experimentation frameworks is a plus
