Requirements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (TEAMS, Outlook, Word and Excel). Must have the ability to use a computer and smartphone and navigate multiple email accounts.
- Effective use of CMMS (Corrigo knowledge is a plus) to maintain KPI requirements.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Finance/Budget general knowledge to assist Facility Manager.
- Communicate well with varying levels of staff, contractors/vendors and customers both verbally and in written form.
- The ability to teach others by ‘doing’.
- Experience in Critical facilities, Lab environments, and High-Rise environments is recommended.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans.
- Ensure site safety and maintain crucial documentation.
- Efficient work scheduling using CMMS.
- Administer the JLL Client Assurance Program.
- Manage major projects and collaborate on financial targets.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in HVAC maintenance & troubleshooting and be multi-skilled in other areas (pipe fitting/plumbing, electrical).
- Ensure that the SOPs for the facilities are well-understood amongst the maintenance team who perform work on the building’s critical infrastructure.
- Subject to be on-call 24 hours per day and required to work in all weather conditions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Critical facilities, Lab environments, and High-Rise environments is recommended.
