Senior Project Manager

A minimum of 15 years in the transportation engineering business.
Broad technical knowledge of the transportation construction and engineering industry nationally.
Design-Build management experience.
Professional Engineer, ability to get licensed in multiple states.
Experience or potential in sales and marketing of services, as well as the ability to build client relationships.
Proven leadership ability, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Represent our client owners in providing Alternative Delivery Support Services including strategic planning, identification of alternative delivery candidate projects, procurement, contract development, project management, risk management, project controls, quality management, and construction management.
Serve as pricing and risk facilitator on progressive project delivery (CM/GC, and PDB).
Interact with government and public officials on program matters requiring coordination between organizations.
Develop and provide training for our clients and the industry in Alternative Delivery.
Support and providing training to Alternative Delivery Implementation teams in items such as project controls, contract compliance, and change management.
Focus on expanding our Alterative Delivery Operations and growing the Alterative Delivery group.
Identifies and effectively pursue opportunities to assist existing and prospective clients with Alternative Delivery Programs.
Responsible for defining staffing needs for the delivery of services, providing direction and oversight to Project Managers, other staff, client staff and our teaming partners.
Prepare and present to industry partners such as local contractor associations.
Tracking and resolution of program and project issues.
Other duties as assigned.
