Requirements
- Must be sole US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Linux System Engineer
- Minimum relevant experience of 6 years
- Coding/scripting experience highly desired (bash, python, perl)
- Proficiency in Ansible for configuration management
- Knowledge of GitLab or other version control systems
- Familiarity with virtualization and containerization
- Understanding of HPC environments
- Experience with environments running Oracle databases
Responsibilities
- Administer Enterprise Linux servers, ensuring system availability, security, and performance
- Implement and maintain Ansible playbooks for configuration management
- Support engineering by deploying and managing HPC nodes & clusters
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and support applications
- Monitor system health using Prometheus & Grafana
