Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Identifying customer owned Property
- Prepare shipments & analyze material availability
- Communicate factory priorities
- Identify barriers and solutions to enable the factory to meet plans
- Take appropriate action to ensure program goals are achieved
Preferred Qualifications
- Current Active Secret DoD Security Clearance
- Organized, innovative problem-solver with a commitment to following Leader Standard
- Experience in material planning, order execution, and program management
- Proficient in SAP and familiar with government contracting requirements
- Solid understanding of Production and Planning Control fundamentals, including MRP, Inventory Management, and Lean Manufacturing
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
