Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledgeable in creating process flow diagrams using Visio.
- Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle change, multitask, and keep up with a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to create end-to-end process flows using flow diagrams and workflows in Visio.
- Oversee the evaluation, creation, publication, and maintenance of documentation for requested changes from business stakeholders.
- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with functional leads to implement the changes, track results, and report out progress.
- Facilitate communication and ensure alignment on goals across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and customer service or Transportation / Logistics Operations is a plus.
