Requirements
- Bachelor’s – Finance, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related field (Required)
- 4-7 years – Strategy and Problem Solving experience in framing problems, identifying key issues that impact business decisions and providing data driven recommendations. Required
- 4 to 7 years – Financial modeling and Analytics. Experience in developing financial models and performing financial and operating analysis and reporting, including analyzing data. Required
- Critical Thinking: Ability to define problems, apply strategic frameworks, and formulate actionable strategies. *(Required)*
- Business Modeling: Deep understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and channel management. Skilled in building financial models, conducting qualitative assessments, and performing sensitivity analyses. *(Required)*
- Executive Communication: Capable of distilling sophisticated analysis into clear, executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications. Confident in communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supported by a structured, analytical approach. *(Required)*
Responsibilities
- Uses a hypothesis-based approach to structure and perform analyses, extract and analyze data, and address ambiguous and sophisticated problems. Identifies business insights and present findings to drive decisions.
- Builds financial and other decision-making models. Uses models to perform scenario and sensitivity analysis to improve decision making across a range of options. Synthesizes recommendations for prioritization of resources to all levels of the organization.
- Partners across teams to develop comprehensive understanding of critical business needs, identify key issues, and structure problem-solving approaches accordingly. Collaborates and communicates cross-functionally to build agreement and influence strategic vision.
- Constructs executive-level presentations, crafting a strategic story out of the numbers to present analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Influences leadership through fact-based analysis.
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of strategic frameworks, industry trends, and corporate and customer drivers in order to improve, reengineer or maintain company performance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s/Advanced Degree MBA – Finance, Strategy, Economics (Preferred)
- Less than 2 years Project management. Experience leading project independently, engaging and getting agreement from customers, crafting roadmaps and project plans. Preferred
- Management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or other experience requiring quantitative analysis. Preferred
- Forward Planning: Demonstrates foresight in planning, with the ability to craft focused, achievable project plans. Adept at identifying vital data and engaging customers to drive successful outcomes. *(Preferred)*
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the wireless, telecom, and broader technology sectors. *(Preferred)*
