Requirements

  • Knowledge of National Counsel for Prescription Drug Programs (NCPDP D.0 Telecomm) is useful.
  • Change management/process analysis skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to train, present, and interact tactfully with clients and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience with website, API, and Mobile testing.
  • Experience writing and executing test plans.
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL, SQL Server preferred.
  • Knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Knowledge of GXP regulations and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of testing automation tools.
  • Manual testing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Quality Assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance product development, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the innovation and quality roadmap.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions to improve system quality and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and quality initiatives. Act as an escalation point for all PSS quality-related technical operation’s implementation activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the prescription industry, retail pharmacy operations, and/or pharmacy claims is preferred.
