Requirements

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with project or people management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint.
  • Active Public Trust Clearance.
  • Must be a United States citizen or permanent resident or have authorization for employment in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Stakeholder Engagement inbox, coordinate responses, and distribute updates to the Solution Delivery Division (SDD).
  • Serve as liaison with program management offices and internal/external stakeholders to support strategic communication efforts.
  • Assist division leadership with execution of change management initiatives tied to strategic objectives.
  • Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement events and divisional offsites.
  • Organize and execute quarterly All Hands meetings, including developing presentation content, conducting dry runs, and overseeing logistics.
  • Write, edit, and format leadership communication packages and internal messaging.
  • Coordinate support for external conferences and events.
  • Manage internal web content and SharePoint sites for the division and stakeholder engagement activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Defense Health Agency (DHA) is highly preferred.
