Requirements
- Bachelors Business Administration and Management or related
- 6+ years Account Relationship Management, Negotiation, Payments, or related experience
- in lieu of education, 8+ years Account Relationship Management, Negotiation, Payments, or related experience
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes client management strategy and represent DFS as the strategic liaison and central point of contact.
- Establishes and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers across all divisions of the assigned strategic account portfolio.
- Acts as industry expert and be responsible for one or more industry verticals and mentors other teammates.
- Owns and coordinates team activities against key initiative and goal priorities.
- Presents and executes marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and grows market-share.
- Manages and implements operational initiatives and ensure full compliance with Discover processes.
- Participates in industry events, organizations and association related events/conference.
