Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record or minimal violations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to manage leads and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Utilize resources such as Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (KBB ICO), DealerSocket, Automotive Mastermind, and V-Auto Reports to engage with potential sellers and generate leads.
- Initiate and maintain contact with customers, providing transparent and competitive offers for their vehicles.
- Conduct thorough appraisals using industry-standard tools.
- Document all customer interactions, appraisals, and transactions.
- Prepare and present written offers to customers, highlighting the benefits of selling their vehicles to our dealership.
- Provide customers with information and options to purchase another vehicle, enhancing customer retention and loyalty.
